Holiday Laptop and tablet giveaway

IDOC Watch is doing our annual holiday gift drive for children of incarcerated parents again this year! This time, however, we’re focusing on giving kids gifts that are a little more meaningful and help close the “digital divide” that prevents poor people and people of color from having access to up-to-date technologies.

For the last 20 years, Black and Latinx communities have been 10 years behind the white community in terms of access to technology. If education is a path to freedom, then surely access to the latest technology plays a role in its quality. You can help us!

This year we will be giving a tablet to the children of as many incarcerated people as possible! Please donate to help us purchase tablets!
