'From Death Row to Freedom to Homelessness!'

Peace and Power beautiful people!

February 6, 2021 marked the fourth year since my release from prison after more than 35 years. I am still striving and fighting forward for a measure of socioeconomic success. The struggle continues!

My online Art Fundraiser Auction last October-December 2020 was successful for the most part. This feat was accomplished in the process of being evicted from my former rental apartment, even after the eviction moratorium order was extended by the C. D. C. (Center for Disease Control) and enforced by the U.S. Department of Justice! Nevertheless, I feel terrible because I have not been able to deliver the sold oil paintings to the people who already paid for the art work [because they’re in storage]. The trial court judge and police gave me only 48 hours to get out under threat of throwing my stuff in the street! So some of the conscious caring people who attended the court hearing helped me move out and put my personal property in a rental storage place along with the paintings. I've looked at some places for possible living space but nothing has come of them yet. I haven't sleep in my car yet, but I'm still homeless! Saving money to pay bills and debts are hard to do when homeless.

Living conditions are extra hard when you do not have a stable resident address. I got my car out the shop yesterday (02/11/2021), which costed $503.94. I am sleeping at different concerned people's homes. I spent some of my rent money I had saved. I was also deceptively robbed of $300.00 by a crooked creature who was supposed to change the transmission on my car well over a month ago last month (January 2021).

I am in the Indiana Appeals court appealing the eviction judgment. I am reluctantly starting another fundraiser for myself because I need serious help. I am unable to do public speaking because of COVID-19 restrictions. I can still write and post press releases, emails and texts.
