Prisoner Abuse at Plainfield Correctional Facility

On June 24, 2023, at the Plainfield Correctional Facility in West L Dorm between 10 and 10:20pm, a prisoner named Collin Kelty DOC# 281097 was savagely beaten while in handcuffs by Ofc. Kike, Sgt. Nuga, and a White guard until he was knocked unconscious. This prisoner sustained head, wrist, and body injuries. When he asked for medical attention, the nursing staff at this prison refused him care and refused to treat his injuries.
