Ongoing Abuse & Horrific Condition in RHU at Indiana State Prison

Peace & Blessings to you my brother as u know ive been in segregation for the last 3 months now and the best way to describe the living conditions is cruel & unusual punishment starting with the correctional officers not responding to emergency calls when people need medical attention, they are careless for human life and will let u die in here. Due to me being in "seg" i suppose to get a shower every three days, well these shifts are so careless and lazy that we want get in the shower until 4 or 5 days, they never pass out out breakfast, lunch or dinner on time and when it finally gets here they have it sitting on the racks for "45 min"then when we get our treys they are shorting us on the portions of the food let me mined you that we dont get to order commisary food back here so imagine how much weight we are losing in months time? There is a system going on here that includes the administration, the displinary board, the grievance office and certain indivisuals in I.A. pushing the agendy to purposefully lock certain people up to keep them in lock up for forever to torture them knowing that if ones get bogus conduct reports put on them they will at least do a yr in lock up nomatter if its a small conduct or big then while in lock up they treat u inhumane on purpose to get you to rebel and fight for our prisoners rights just to hit us with more time. Now when we write grievances, they've now became so strategically arrogant by not answering them for months on purpose jus to hit u with a paper to tell u to put it in again, knowing that we will never exhaust our administrative remedy for us to take future civil actions, now they can get away with doing stuff to us so now the officers are blantly telling us to write them up bcuz they know its not going to stick. They are spraying too much O.C. pepper spray forcing us to choke vigurously until we cant breathe and dont forget we are locked in a cell 23 &1 some times we dont come out of our cell for 3days [. . .]

The officers dont even check nor care for the ones with mental health issues its like we aint even here. I fear that one day they want feed us! Thats how careless the officers is. Just recently 8or9 officers jumped on one inmate a couple weeks ago, they sprayed so much pepper spray the rest of us almost died choking our lungs out. We are living amongst birds flying around the cell house, they are dropping bird feces on our cages and ventalation system, we have black mold and rust all through our showers, the water in my sink is so contaminated and white but we are forced to drink it to survive, they dont bring us no water no ice or nothing when the temperature is super hot, i was standinf out at rec a couple days ago when the temp was damn near 90 degrees and almost had a heat stroke bcuz they didnt bring me no water. Hey LJ everything that im complaining about we are suppose to have as our prisoners rights they are violating us at every turn and then rubbing it in our faces we need to contact the health department, the governor needs to be emailed in central office I.A. needs to be notified of these conditions and situations or nothings going to change. They can at least start by making a lady name mrs. Bane and the super intendant down here name mrs. Buss give (D-cell house segregation our commissary food back) bcuz yrs ago we use to could order but they took it away as a torture tactic. But that would be a start bcuz inmates would calm down about there treys. Man we just want to survive and eat at this point!!!! Real talk and everybody feels the same way i do! Then they need to train officers better, bcuz they treat us so inhumane and some of them act like they dont know what to do or just dont plain care [. . .]
